The APP welcomes applications from suitably qualified arbitrators (see section 2 below), with experience of partnership dispute arbitrations, to join its Directory of Partnership Dispute Mediators and Arbitrators (“the Directory”), for publication on its website. There is a reduced subscription rate for members of the APP to apply for inclusion in the Directory.

The fee for inclusion in the Directory is a one-off payment of £150 (£100 for APP Members) payable in advance, on application. Fees for inclusion on the list paid by unsuccessful applicants will be returned.
The Committee reserves the right to discontinue the directory at any time (though there are currently no plans to do so). Should discontinuance be part way through a mediator/arbitrator’s first year on the Directory, the Committee will reimburse a proportionate part of the joining fee.
Partway through any year, the APP will on request consider making reasonable amendments to any arbitrator's entry in the Directory.
